I had a thoroughly enjoyable car buying experience at Gervais. Savian was a spectacular sales rep! He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and willing to do what it took to get this deal closed. My family and I have purchased or leased 12 of the past 10 vehicles (11 Jeeps) from one Jeep dealer, but we’re done with Stellantis. Assuming the vehicle experience is as good as the sales experience, when this lease is up, my first stop with be to Gervais to talk with Savian about my next VW. I’m brand loyal, but even more importantly, loyal to salespeople who do their jobs well. Savian was stellar, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Likely among easiest, least hassle transactions for dealership...brief online chat couple days prior...not too knowledgeable initial person regarding available vehicle desired, received follow-up email with from Theo (mgr), test drive of VW, traded-in car 2019 BMW ($22K trade-in, no existing loan we had title) for new 2024 VW Tiguan $34K...provided cash/personal check payment for difference while at dealership for approx 90 minutes. Would have gone long way to just meet Theo...never came out to greet us. Probably VW (never owned before) policy, but would have been easier for us to complete purchase on spot...drive home new vehicle, but had to wait few days for personal check to clear. We've purchased many new cars over years...drove them home same day...Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, etc. We are downsizing & with less expensive vehicles due to retirement. Positive note...dealership did deliver Tiguan to Town Hall near our home...exchanged vehicle & provided title. Vehicle delivered two days before Holiday...so may not be fair to expect follow up by dealership...it was raining heavy at time of delivery (deliverer offered assistance & review features).

We loved working with everyone at Gervais. I had good experiences buying parts in the past, but had not purchased a car from them, and it was just as easy. John our salesman was exceptional, as was everyone I talked to. Wish buying the other 10 cars I've bought in my life had been this easy.
