My pick up appointment took 4 hours. They did not have anything prepared despite me completing the loan application remotely the night before. They did not have a second key for my car and no one has helped me get it. They did not have time to inspect my car before I had to leave since I was there for 4 hours and had to get my son from child care. The car is 7 days old and the touch screen is broken and fuzzy.

I took my GTI in for an oil change and tire rotation - everything was very well done ad i was in and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. Nick, the service manager is great to work with. i've been coming to Gervais for service after purchasing my GTI in 2022 and the team here has done a great job.
