Just look into what happened following the purchase of my vehicle. The brand new car with brand new light leather interior seats turned yellow. After getting blown off by mutiple people at the dealership, I had to get VW corporate/cares involved and I'm going through that process now. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had- would never buy again from this dealership.

5 stars isn't enough for the great work and customer service given over at Gervais of Lowell. These guys went above and beyond to making sure my car got back to me feeling new again. And the great work they did on it is a testament of that. Shut out to them and thank God for my manufacturers warranty!!
