My experience at my Lowell MA VW dealership has always been satisfactory and rewarding. The service team is exceptional, listens to my concerns in the maintenance needed and what isn't necessary but should be checked in the future, hence respectful of their customer's cost while responsibly caring for their vehicle thank you for being a trust worthy team.

The service team went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon to diagnose the problem, and to figure out a way to get it fixed as quickly as possible. We drive down from NH and pay sales tax rather than go to our local VW dealer because the service is so much better at Gervais.

Because you are too GD expensive. $150 for an oil change and $1400 to diagnose and repair a check engine light issue, which cost me $415 to fix. Never again
